Job description
Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer with Magna IV Engineering, focusing on innovative projects in pumped storage hydro power. Your leadership will foster success in complex engineering solutions. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive project execution through your in-depth knowledge of instrumentation and controls. This position emphasizes your role in providing technical expertise and mentoring as you collaborate with clients and lead project teams on power systems. You will play a crucial role in sectors that demand high-quality engineering, such as utilities and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design and review hydro and industrial control systems • Develop detailed control panel specifications and designs • Review vendor packages for integration with plant controls • Manage project deliverables and support commissioning efforts • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to team members Requirements: • 12+ years of experience in instrumentation, controls, and automation • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required • Must have a valid driver’s license for North American travel • Strong experience with industrial automation systems • Capacity to independently handle design tasks and reviews Advance your career by leading critical projects in energy with your expertise at Magna IV Engineering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
