Pilot - Captain – Challenger 300 – YYZ

What You’ll Do

• Act as a Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft in Toronto
• Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
• Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
• Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
• Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co‑workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
• Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
• Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

What You Bring

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
• Group 1 Multi‑Engine IFR
• Valid Transport Canada Medical
• Canadian Radio Telephone License
• Minimum of 5000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1000 hours PIC in a multi‑engine aircraft (turbine time preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
• Hands‑on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
• Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
• Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
• A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
