Manpower is currently hiring for a leading Canadian retail client for the role of Assistant Store Manager.
We are seeking a hands‑on retail leader with strong merchandising experience who leads from the front and actively supports the team while driving exceptional store presentation, product availability, and customer experience.
Our client is a well‑established national retail organization with a strong presence across Canada, operating high‑volume stores in fast‑paced retail environments. They are focused on delivering strong customer service, operational excellence, impactful merchandising, and building high‑performing teams.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily retail store operations, with a strong focus on merchandising execution, inventory management, and sales floor presentation. In the absence of the Store Manager, this role acts as Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring smooth store operations while maintaining company merchandising standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
