| M3 | Clearly demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-year, digital transformational IT system implementation projects through full project lifecycles. | Min. 2 multi-year projects within past 10 years |
| M4 | Minimum 3 years of experience delivering IT projects within government or public sector environments. | Yes |

| S5 | Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex project issues and risks to mitigate significant project impacts, which fostered a sense of pride and achievement. | 1-2 examples in the last 10 years |
| S6 | Demonstrated expertise in effective interactive communication and presentations, specifically with management/senior-level stakeholders. | 5 years |
