Job description
Become a vital part of Bridgewater Bank as an Accounting Technician, working in a hybrid environment focused on precision in financial data management and reporting. You’ll bring clarity and accuracy to financial accounts. As an Accounting Technician at Bridgewater Bank, you handle important responsibilities that ensure the integrity of financial reporting. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and engage in variance analysis. Your strong analytical and organizational skills will help improve financial processes and support regulatory compliance while collaborating with the team. Key Responsibilities: • Support financial management and regulatory reporting processes • Prepare accurate journal entries and perform reconciliations • Report daily financial data with precision • Conduct monthly analyses of income and expense variances • Assist in enhancing internal controls and procedural documentation Requirements: • Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience • Two years of relevant accounting experience • Progress toward CPA designation is an asset • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential • Experience with Workday Finance is beneficial Utilize your detail-oriented and analytical skills to thrive in this role at Bridgewater Bank. #J-18808-Ljbffr
