Job description
Advance your career at Doane Grant Thornton as a Tax Manager, focusing on comprehensive tax advisory services and team mentorship. Engage with clients on complex tax compliance and strategic planning. In this influential role, you will coach tax colleagues and establish pivotal relationships with clients. Advising on reorganizations, estate planning, and managing various tax returns will form the core of your responsibilities. You will proactively tackle tax issues and identify opportunities to enhance our tax services. Key Responsibilities: • Coach a team on tax compliance and planning strategies • Establish trust with clients on intricate tax decisions • Advise on returns, reorganizations, and trust planning • Resolve challenges with clients and tax authorities • Lead initiatives to expand tax service offerings Requirements: • Completion of CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or Master's in Taxation • Ability to present innovative tax concepts and solutions • Strong background in Canadian corporate and personal tax compliance • Proven experience in mentoring tax professionals • Excellent communication and client engagement skills Use your expertise and leadership to drive success within Doane Grant Thornton's tax practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
