Your Responsibilities
- You’ll measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across digital, email, social, paid, organic, and brand channels while delivering actionable recommendations.
- You’ll develop dashboards, reports, predictive models, and business insights that support strategic marketing decisions and organizational goals.
- You’ll lead audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and marketing performance analysis using platforms such as Dynamics 365, Soapbox, Google, Meta, and other marketing technologies.
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, marketing attribution, CRM capabilities, and reporting processes while supporting AI and automation initiatives.
- You’ll conduct A/B testing, customer analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance campaign performance.
- You’ll ensure marketing communications meet data quality standards and comply with applicable privacy and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
- Degree or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Advanced SQL and PySpark experience within a Microsoft Fabric environment, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAS, and Google Analytics required.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing platforms including Dynamics 365, Google, Meta, Soapbox, and customer segmentation tools.
- Experience using Python, R, VBA, or similar scripting languages for automation is considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build cross‑functional relationships, mentor colleagues, and embrace AI‑enabled technologies to improve efficiency.
