Job description
Lead engineering innovation within Alternative Assets Technology at CPP Investments. Spearhead projects that revolutionize private equity investment platforms. In your role as Lead Engineer, you will design and build vital technology solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of private equity teams. With over six years in software development, you will mentor team members and uphold engineering standards, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Your contributions will directly impact investment execution and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and support technology solutions from concept to implementation • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in engineering • Mentor junior engineers and facilitate skill development • Engage in root-cause analysis for technical challenges • Collaborate with various stakeholders in the investment process Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java • Thorough understanding of software development practices • Ability to produce clean, documented code adhering to standards Innovate with CPP Investments and make a difference in the investment landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
