Job Description:
We’re looking for a Technical Ops Analyst I who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings multitasking experience within a supply chain setting. In this role, you’ll support our Tech Ops Support team by delivering effective IT services across our Distribution Centers, while building strong relationships and driving operational efficiencies. You’ll take ownership of service performance, contribute to a dynamic learning offer, and help improve IT delivery across the business. If you're passionate about technology, flexible with shifts, and open to travel between Brampton and Mississauga, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in IT and supply chain operations.

What You’ll Do:
Completes general IT Operations tasks under direct guidance
Identify and troubleshoot problems with current IT Operations hardware, software, or process via ticket logging system
Supports providing communication / training to global business partners when required
Support various processes and environments
Supports operational stability for IT Operations area / domain
Contribute to the technical & process documentation (user guides, knowledge articles)
Performs other duties as assigned
