Senior Product Designer

Reports to: Director, Product Design
Salary range: $100,000 – $112,000 (CAD)
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other relevant qualifications.

About the Role
We’re growing our design team and looking for an experienced designer who can own a complex product area end-to-end — from problem discovery through shipped, working software.
You’ll join a team of 4 designers working across five product squads — Platform, Field, Mitigation, Office, and Contents — covering the full workflow of a restoration job from first notice of loss to complete restoration. This is a player-coach team: everyone does hands-on design work. Craft, systems thinking, and mentorship are shared responsibilities.
