  • Be curious about KPI trends and proactively explore the “why” behind the trend

Primary Skills and Qualifications

  • Post secondary degree in accounting, business, or related field, with a CPA designation or an MBA preferred
  • 5+ years post‑designation experience, preferably with a global company in the technology sector and a background in FP&A
  • Proven experience being a trusted partner to key stakeholders across the business, and building strong relationships
  • Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to coordinate input from multiple sources to develop impactful recommendations to achieve results for the business

  • Highly adaptable and able to pivot based on prioritization and needs of the business; proactively solicits feedback to ensure alignment
  • Resilient with a sense of urgency and works in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven, and ambiguous environment
