Experience
12+ Years in S/4HANA IS-U FICA with strong expertise in Collections Management, Dunning, and Revenue Recovery processes.
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA IS-U FICA SME with deep functional and solution design expertise in Collections and Dunning processes within utility environments and with advisory experience to define the Target operating model collections process in S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will lead business process design,L1-L3 Process mapping Advisory, solution architecture, and transformation initiatives related to customer receivables management, collections strategy, credit management, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
The candidate will work closely with Capgemini Advisory team, Client business stakeholders, product owners, architects to deliver scalable and efficient SAP S/4HANA Utilities advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary SME for S/4 IS-U FICA Collections and Dunning processes.
Lead workshops with advisory teams, business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Define the Target Operating model in S/4 HANA collections process with best practices and OOTB functions for collections in S/4HANA
Design end-to-end Collections, receivables and revenue recovery processes aligned with utility and S/4HANA industry best practices
Provide strategic guidance for S/4HANA transformation and modernization initiatives.

Design automated collection workflows and customer communication processes.
Optimize aging management, delinquency monitoring, and collections effectiveness.
S/4HANA IS-U FICA Concepts

o Interest calculation

o Business Partner integration
Support month-end and year-end processes.
Solution Design & Integration
Design integrations between FI-CA and:
o SAP S/4 IS-U Customer Service
o S/4 Device & Billing modules
o SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)
o SAP Credit Management
o SAP CRM/CX solutions
o Payment gateways
o External collection agencies
Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, APIs, workflows, and data migration requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
12+ years of SAP IS-U experience with at least 8+ years specializing in FICA Collections and Dunning.
Multiple full lifecycle S/4HANA IS-U/FICA Advisory, implementation or transformation projects.
Strong experience with S/4HANA Utilities programs.
Deep understanding of utility customer-to-cash processes.
