  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ConnecteD stakeholders, including People Councils, Deloitte Global Groups (DG²), and Global Neighborhoods.
  • Enable and influence stakeholder groups to deliver programs and initiatives that support enterprise priorities while addressing local and community-specific needs.
  • Foster collaboration across a complex, highly matrixed global organization to drive alignment and successful program execution.
Employee Listening & Insights
  • Support the planning, delivery, and analysis of engagement surveys, focus groups, and other listening activities.
  • Translate employee feedback and organizational insights into actionable recommendations, programs, and engagement opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop action plans that strengthen engagement, belonging, culture, and talent experience.
Culture Activation
  • Support initiatives that bring Deloitte Global culture, shared values, leadership behaviors, and cultural commitments to life.
  • Drive engagement and adoption of enterprise culture initiatives through storytelling, stakeholder activation, and community-based experiences.
Governance & Operational Excellence
  • Ensure programs comply with established governance, risk, communications, and approval processes.
  • Manage budgets, program operations, reporting, and stakeholder communications as required.
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and tools that enable effective delivery across the Engagement CoE portfolio.
Leadership & Influence
  • Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a complex global environment without direct authority.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to volunteer leaders and community stakeholders.
