Job description
Drive change and innovation as the Chief Executive Officer for Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario. This role emphasizes community support and operational leadership for improved lives. Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario seeks a strategic and partnership-oriented leader to guide its mission. Collaborate closely with the Board to develop programs, strengthen community ties, and improve care for Parkinson’s patients and caregivers. Your extensive experience in a leadership role will be vital in steering the organization towards achieving its goals. Key Responsibilities: • Direct the execution of strategic initiatives and programs • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards • Build strong partnerships with community stakeholders • Advance fundraising, grant development, and revenue diversification • Mentor and develop a high-performing senior leadership team Requirements: • 7-10 years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector • Ability to partner effectively with governance entities • Strong operational and financial management skills • Experience in donor stewardship and fundraising efforts • Knowledge of Parkinson’s community services is an asset Lead with integrity and vision to promote effective support for individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s. #J-18808-Ljbffr
