Senior Microsoft Support Lead (10+ years) to review enterprise Microsoft infrastructure

Our payment services client is seeking a Senior Microsoft Support Lead (10+ years) to review enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments using Active Directory, Windows Server, and VMware vSphere

This role supports a large-scale enterprise Microsoft environment requiring deep Level 3 infrastructure expertise across core Microsoft technologies. The consultant will assess and support Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, and VMware infrastructure in a complex enterprise setting. The opportunity is fully remote and focused on high-level infrastructure review and troubleshooting initiatives.

6 month contract, Toronto, Remote, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

• 10+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments
• 5+ years of Level 3 support across Active Directory, DNS integration, FSMO roles, and authentication troubleshooting
• Group Policy design, deployment, troubleshooting, security baselines, GPO auditing, and reporting
• Windows Server //, PowerShell scripting, clustering, DFS, and PKI
• Advanced administration of Remote Desktop Services (RDS), RemoteApp, and VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter

Nice to Have

• Performance tuning and security hardening
• VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, storage, and networking troubleshooting
