Vous êtes une personne minutieuse, attentive aux détails et vous aimez travailler dans un environnement de production? Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) opérateur(trice) – Département Pre-Roll pour joindre l'équipe de notre clien située à Farnham.

Sous la supervision du Directeur Post-Récolte, l’Assistant(e) opérateur(trice) est responsable d’assurer la qualité du produit fini et de soutenir les opérations quotidiennes du département.

Principales responsabilités :

• Effectuer le contrôle qualité du produit (inspection visuelle et tactile);
• Assister l’opérateur dans ses tâches quotidiennes;
• Alimenter et approvisionner les équipements automatisés;
• Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé;
• Effectuer l’emballage des produits finis;
• Remplacer l’opérateur au besoin;
• Effectuer toute autre tâche nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du département.

Exigences du poste :

• Bonne coordination visuelle et manuelle;
• Grande attention aux détails et souci de la précision;
• Capacité à demeurer assis(e) ou debout pendant de longues périodes;
• Capacité à manipuler des charges allant jusqu’à 12 kg (25 lb);
• Esprit d’équipe et attitude professionnelle.
• Respect des procédures
• les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.

Conditions de travail :

• Quart de soir : lundi au vendredi, 15 h 00 à 23 h 30
• Salaire : 19,50 $/heure

Are you detail-oriented, meticulous, and enjoy working in a production environment? We are currently seeking a Production Assistant/General Labour – Pre-Roll Department to join our client's team in Farnham.

Reporting to the Post-Harvest Manager, the Production Assistant is responsible for ensuring the quality of finished products while supporting the department's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of products through visual and tactile inspection.
• Assist the Production Operator with daily tasks.
• Load and replenish automated production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Package finished products.
• Provide coverage for the Production Operator as needed.
• Perform other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the department.

Qualifications

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 12 kg (25 lbs).
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Commitment to following established procedures and health and safety standards.

Working Conditions

• Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
• Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
