Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in product management, business analysis, or similar in financial services with focus on retail risk.
- 5+ years direct experience with CCAR, DFAST, or similar stress testing frameworks and loss forecasting processes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology platforms or products in an agile environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of retail credit products (credit cards, mortgages) and associated risk drivers.
- Understanding of risk modeling concepts (PD, LGD, EAD) and complete flows from data to models to regulatory consumption.
- Knowledge of Python, UI/UX, SQL and related platforms used in regulatory processes.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; can articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loss Forecast Platform.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate high‑level strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Experience using AI‑assisted tools is a plus.
- Act as primary liaison among risk management, finance, technology, and stakeholders to capture, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a groomed product backlog, prioritizing based on business value, regulatory urgency, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit detailed requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Work closely with agile development teams (scrum masters, developers, QA) throughout product lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and answer questions during sprint cycles to ensure accurate implementation.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Oversee UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of retail credit risk methodologies, CCAR, DFAST, CECL and other regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure platform design supports data governance, model risk management, and auditability for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with model development and validation teams to integrate advanced loss forecasting models.
- Communicate product updates, progress, risks, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and negotiate scope trade‑offs for optimal outcomes.
- Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and regulatory changes for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Champion data‑driven product development using analytics to inform decisions.
