  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, comfort level to speak their mind and defend ideas based on merit, yet humility and hunger to learn from others

  • Understanding of relational database persistence (e.g. MySQL, Oracle); familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, CouchDB) is a plus
  • Great understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles; experience with related tools such as TeamCity, Git‑based workflows, or Kubernetes is a definite plus
  • Experience with LLMs, LangChain, and/or AI patterns such as RAG or ReAct is a plus
  • Exposure to AI/ML development patterns such as prompt engineering or integrating AI services into production systems is a plus
  • BS/MS degree (Computer Science or related field)
