Job description
Pursue retail excellence as Gap's General Manager, championing sales growth and operational leadership. This key role focuses on building a powerful team and delivering customer-centric experiences. As General Manager, you will oversee every aspect of store performance, leveraging insights to inform decisions with the leadership team. You'll implement training programs, monitor operational effectiveness, and foster an environment of inclusiveness and growth. This role is vital for achieving profitability and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
