Your Impact

Drive Production: Partner directly with primary machine operators to maintain seamless workflow and efficient material movement.

Master the Trade: Cross-train safely on advanced production equipment to rapidly expand your technical skill set.

Fuel Team Success: Collaborate with a high-performing crew to meet and exceed daily output targets.

Ensure Continuity: Arrive punctually for 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to guarantee smooth, seamless shift handovers.

Experienced: You bring foundational experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment.

Mobile: You possess a reliable personal vehicle to guarantee consistent transit to the facility.

Dependable: You hold a proven track record of excellent attendance and deep respect for your teammates' time.

Ambitious: You are ready to start immediately and eager to build a long-term, upwardly mobile career.

Compensation: $19.43 per hour

Advantages

Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
-Following the required company SOP’s, Procedures and Health & Safety Standards in order to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
-Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment to extrusion operator/team lead.
-Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with production team leader/ operators
-Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Production Team Leader
-Ensure that all materials are handled, sorted and used in accordance with Work Place Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMIS).
-Palletize all products as needed
-Ensuring PPE is worn always necessary

Qualifications
Qualifications we would like to see:

-6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
