Reporting to the Director of Project Services, the Junior Estimator supports the development of cost estimates for proposal submissions, working under the guidance of the Lead Estimator and Senior Estimating Staff. This is an entry-level role focused on building foundational estimating skills — including quantity takeoffs, cost compilation, and sub-trade pricing coordination — while gaining hands-on exposure to the estimating systems and software used by the team.
The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of construction estimating principles and a strong willingness to learn all facets of the estimating process, from quantity determination through costing and sub-trade participation.
