What’s in it for You?

Pay: $18.00 / hour.

Fast Hiring: Skip the long delays. Move through the process quickly and start working right away.

Great Environment: Work in a clean, indoor, safety-first facility—no dealing with the outdoor winter weather.

Steady Work: Reliable hours with a supportive team.

What You Will Do:

Hands-on Assembly: Build, fit, and assemble parts using hand tools and power tools (drills, grinders, nail guns, etc.).

Blueprint & Prep: Read basic layouts or instructions to put components together accurately.

Safety First: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all safety protocols.

Requirements:

Experience: Background in construction, carpentry, framing, or mechanical assembly.

Tool Skills: Confident and safe using various hand and power tools.

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive hands-on work, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Detail-Oriented: Good hand-eye coordination and a commitment to building things right the first time.

Availability: Ready to start immediately and commit to steady shifts.

Advantages
$18/hr

• Supportive team environment
• Training and growth opportunities available

Responsibilities
Power & Hand Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of tools (including power drills, impact drivers, grinders, nail guns, saws, and measuring tapes) to assemble products.

Component Assembly: Read and interpret basic blueprints, assembly diagrams, or work orders to build structures and components accurately to specification.

Material Handling & Prep: Retrieve, organize, and prep raw materials (wood, metal, or plastics) for the assembly line, ensuring all pieces are cut and ready for fabrication.

Quality & Precision Checks: Perform regular quality inspections on finished pieces, checking measurements, alignments, and joints to ensure everything is sturdy and up to standard.

Shop Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Properly maintain and store tools at the end of each shift.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other builders and assemblers to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently

Qualifications
Hands-on Experience: At least 1 year of experience in construction, framing, carpentry, woodworking, roofing, or heavy manufacturing assembly.

Tool Proficiency: Confident, safe, and experienced using hand and power tools (like drills, impact drivers, saws, grinders, and air tools).

Measurement Skills: Ability to accurately read a tape measure (fractional/metric) and use basic hand tools for leveling and alignment.

Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive bending and reaching, and safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to follow basic technical drawings, assembly diagrams, or written construction plans is a strong asset.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and have reliable transportation to get to our Calgary facility for scheduled shifts.

Safety Mindset: A track record of working safely in a busy shop or construction site environment.
