At Habitat Learn we help people capture what matters. We provide high-quality, real-time note-taking, and captioning services for university/college lectures, corporate meetings, and major events. We bridge the gap between spoken word and accessible text, and we rely on a flawless schedule to make it happen.
We are looking for an organized Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you are communicating with our Note-takers and Captioners to schedule and plan each semester to ensure our students are receiving reliable and consistent service.
Your responsibility is to match the right service provider with the right class, subject matter expertise, and last-minute cancellations with ease.
