Manna is a performance marketing business focused on building, launching, and scaling mobile-first digital campaigns.
We work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where media buying, campaign operations, technology, and commercial performance come together. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising while supporting the team with live campaigns and day-to-day operational activities.
Support the media buying team with the setup, launch, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns.
Assist with uploading campaign assets, tracking links, targeting settings, and other campaign requirements.
Help monitor campaign performance and flag significant changes or potential issues to the team.
Support basic campaign optimizations under the guidance of experienced media buyers.
Help organize creatives, campaign information, and performance data across different platforms.
Support the day-to-day coordination of active campaigns and offers.
Help ensure campaign details, tracking links, budgets, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Assist with quality checks before campaigns are launched.
Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve campaign-related questions or operational issues.
Help maintain internal trackers, reports, and campaign documentation.
Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks.
Assist with preparing daily and weekly campaign performance reports.
Review key metrics such as spend, revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.
Help identify basic trends, unusual performance changes, and areas requiring further review.
Ensure campaign data is accurately recorded and shared with the relevant stakeholders.
Learn how performance data is used to make campaign optimization and business decisions.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital advertising, performance marketing, media buying, or campaign operations.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
Analytical mindset and curiosity about why campaigns perform differently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Previous internship experience, coursework, or personal projects related to digital marketing or analytics is an asset, but not required.
Gain practical experience in media buying and performance marketing.
Work directly with live digital campaigns and real performance data.
Learn how campaigns are launched, monitored, optimized, and reported.
Develop skills in campaign operations, analytics, and digital advertising.
Receive guidance from experienced media buyers and operations professionals.
Work in a fast-paced, international, and performance-driven environment.
