  • Act as a Snowflake SME, supporting business development efforts and guiding clients through best practices in architecture, core data engineering, and scalable analytics.
  • Be a mentor and thought leader, regularly recommending emerging technologies and tools that align with client goals and future‑state data strategies.
  • Bring a business‑first lens to every conversation, driving impactful, tech‑enabled outcomes that elevate our clients’ competitive edge.
  • Embody Slalom’s core values and culture, bringing authenticity, curiosity, and care into every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

As a Senior Principal in the Snowflake CoE capability, you will bring a curious mindset to your client’s engagement, a thirst for knowledge, and a hunger for fearless experimentation in new and interesting ways to meet our clients’ most pressing data challenges. You will have an insatiable need to become the best at what you do and will have opportunities to gain hands‑on experience with new tools, features, and platforms as you explore the range of technologies that we help our clients with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data solutions using Snowflake, while collaborating with team members to leverage its capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of learning and innovation, while driving best practices in data management and performance optimization.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver solutions that align with their goals, utilizing Snowflake's capabilities to enhance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Expert in capturing end‑user requirements and aligning technical solutions to the business objectives.
  • Experience in leading, designing and implementing Cloud Data strategies, including designing multi‑phased implementation roadmaps.
