POSITION: Senior R&D Technologist REPORTS TO: Director, R&D
We are looking for a Senior R&D Technologist to join our R&D team! Our Senior R&D Technologist will develop new products, conduct research, and experiments, coordinate and execute full-scale production testing, and so much more!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your food knowledge and creativity to help develop and improve our delicious, plant-based products! The challenge is to balance your passion for innovation with your ability to achieve deadlines and effectively manage constraints in a fast-paced food production environment. You will have many opportunities to work on interesting R&D projects and apply your creativity and resourcefulness to achieve unique solutions. Being at the forefront of new product development, you will have many opportunities to contribute in a meaningful way, grow your knowledge base, and develop with the company!
