Our client, is seeking a highly versatile, delivery-focused Technical Program Manager - Data to oversee their Enterprise Platform, Infrastructure & Engineering Program Portfolio.
In this strategic and hybrid role, you will act as a "unicorn" professional—seamlessly blending Product, Program, and Portfolio management. Moving away from traditional, strictly portfolio-focused coordination, this position is designed for an active "doer" who can operate autonomously to drive complex, technical execution. Your primary mission will be to serve as the key communication pivot across the "strategic triangle" of engineering, product, and business teams. You will ensure the end-to-end planning, delivery, and financial oversight of highly technical programs, with a heavy emphasis on complex data consolidation initiatives across multi-region infrastructure environments.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical Program Delivery & Data Consolidation
Data Consolidation Engineering: Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on enterprise data consolidation, ensuring seamless data flows and unified platform reporting across diverse technical environments.
"Triangle" Alignment: Serve as the primary, highly effective translator and collaborator connecting the distinct priorities of engineering, product management, and corporate business teams.
Roadmap & Execution Strategy: Develop clear, long-term technical execution roadmaps and align program plans directly with macro business and technology objectives.
Operational Excellence: Define, implement, and sustain agile and hybrid delivery processes that drive system reliability, rapid software deployment, and continuous execution improvement.
Portfolio Governance & Financial Stewardship
Financial Portfolio Management: Assume direct accountability for managing portfolio financials, budgets, and strategic program spends ranging from $5M to $10M+.
Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and resolve portfolio-level technical risks, cross-team dependencies, and architecture trade-offs.
Executive Decision Support: Conduct scenario planning and compile clear, data-driven insights and metrics to guide executive decision-making.
KPI Telemetry: Develop, measure, and refine actionable key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program execution health and success.
QualificationsExperience: 7+ years of progressive professional experience in information technology, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
Data & Platform Fluency: Proven, referenceable track record managing technical software projects with a heavy and successful focus on data consolidation and complex technology stacks.
Financial Management Depth: Demonstrated experience successfully managing technology portfolio budgets and spends in the $5M to $10M+ range.
Delivery Methodologies: Strong experience managing technical delivery within fast-paced Agile environments (5+ years), with a comprehensive understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
Digital Collaboration Tooling: Functional experience utilizing digital collaboration and design mapping platforms, such as Miro and Figma.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical enterprise technology experience.
