About the Opportunity

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while building relationships with external recruitment and community partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, training initiatives, and learning programs to support employee development and performance.
• Support performance management processes, provide coaching to managers, and recommend strategies to improve employee performance.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, newsletters, and culture-building activities.
• Act as a trusted HR resource by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and HR best practices.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, reporting, employment documentation, and support offboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies.

About You

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist capacity.
  Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• CHRP designation (completed or in progress) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, including ESA, OHSA, AODA, and related HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with an HRIS; Dayforce experience is considered a strong asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $75,000/year
