Ciena is seeking an early-in-career professional to contribute to the operation and advancement of its global technical support lab environment. This role plays a key part in enabling remote Technical Support Engineers to address customer needs across industry-leading networking technologies. The position offers exposure to optical transport, packet OTN, and Ethernet switching technologies while supporting critical lab operations.How you will make an impact:Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
