Transform design at Fullscript as the Head of Design. Lead an integrated approach to create an exceptional user experience across diverse product lines. In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing a scalable design organization that reflects Fullscript’s mission. Focus on establishing standards and processes that elevate design quality while ensuring a unified experience across products. By actively participating in leadership discussions, you will shape the design landscape and advocate for users effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Create a strategic roadmap for design scalability • Build and enhance the design operating framework • Foster an environment of continuous improvement in design • Define product governance for a unified user experience • Support talent development and team culture across designs Requirements: • Experienced in scaling complex design organizations • Robust leadership across multi-product ecosystems • Executive presence with the ability to influence peers • Familiar with AI-design workflows and innovative methods • Proven capacity to operate at scale Lead innovative design practices at Fullscript, ensuring seamless user journeys across all platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
