Job description
Become a pivotal leader as the Executive Director for a non-profit focused on empowering vulnerable families. This role emphasizes strategic operations aligned with the mission of helping those facing domestic violence and homelessness. As the Executive Director, you’ll oversee the organization’s strategic objectives, ensuring a cohesive service delivery model. Ideal candidates will combine a deep passion for social issues with substantial leadership experience in community settings. Your role will also entail collaborating closely with stakeholders and community partners to enhance operational effectiveness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Board • Ensure financial integrity and risk management practices • Inspire and lead a responsive team focused on client outcomes • Engage with diverse stakeholders to build partnerships • Promote innovation and growth in program delivery Requirements: • Relevant Degree in Social Work or Business • Five years of leadership in community-based organizations • Expertise in managing diverse teams in challenging environments • Financial management experience in not-for-profit • Strong community engagement skills Step into a fulfilling role that drives strong, positive outcomes for families in need. #J-18808-Ljbffr
