Job description
Take on a leadership role as Director of Investment Structure Management at CPP Investments, where you'll influence strategic decisions in complex deal structuring. Your skills will be essential in delivering sustainable returns while engaging in meaningful, impactful work. As a senior commercial structuring voice, you'll be responsible for managing private investment structuring across Credit, Private Equity, and Real Assets. Your role involves collaborating with internal partners to address complexities and ensure compliance while enhancing the operational framework of investment structures. You will contribute to a proactive advisory model and promote technological advancements in investing practices. Key Responsibilities: • Lead structuring efforts for investments and restructurings • Collaborate on legal entity coordination and compliance • Oversee transaction management through close • Drive ongoing management of investment entity activities • Foster innovation and tech adoption in investment structuring Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of related experience in finance or consulting • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline • CFA or other financial designation preferred • M&A operational experience a plus • Strong analytical skills and team leadership capabilities Lead impactful investment structuring initiatives and collaborate with experts at CPP Investments to enhance performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
