We are seeking an experienced Welders Helper to support field and shop operations while learning foundational skills required to progress toward a skilled Welder role.

Role Summary
Welders Helper supports welders and crew leadership by performing general labour material handling tool operation and basic welding tasks under direct supervision. This role focuses on hands-on learning safe work habits and assisting with all aspects of pipeline and facility construction.
Industrystandard responsibilities for a Welders Helper include handling tools and materials and performing basic assembly or preparation work.
Welders Helper also assists with cutting measuring heating cleaning and preparing metal components while working under supervision to gain technical experience.
