BCI’s Technology team is looking for a Platform Engineer to own and grow our Atlassian ecosystem, comprising Jira and Confluence. The role centers on configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving a platform that supports our technologists across the organization. The Platform Engineer will work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and business partners to enhance platform capabilities, drive automation, and ensure a high‑quality user experience.
The role can be based in either Victoria or Vancouver. Relocation support within Canada is available if needed. In‑person collaboration is required, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
The annualized salary range is CAD$106,000 to $128,000. BCI offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a performance‑based incentive plan, comprehensive health and dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off.
