We all have a strong desire to make work both fun and meaningful.This Role Right For You?Our ideal Registered Veterinary Technician(RVT) builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, being respectful in all interactions and providing exceptional customer service. The RVT also assists the Veterinarian with medical, surgical and dental procedures, by using a range of diagnostic equipment, preparing patients, instruments and equipment for surgery; and administering and monitoring medicines under the direction of a Veterinarian.Our ideal Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) must have passed the VTNE or be eligible to write the VTNE, be in good standing with the provincial regulatory association and successfully completed a 2 or 3-year accredited Canadian Veterinary or Animal Health Technology Diploma Program.Why Join The Pickering Team?A Supportive, Collaborative Team: Work alongside experienced RVTs, veterinary assistants, and client care staff who value communication, respect, and clinical excellence.Flexibility and Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of life outside of work.
