Job description
Become an integral part of Blair AI's team in Toronto, overseeing AI agent deployments in healthcare. This role merges customer relations with technical expertise to streamline operations. Blair AI is on the lookout for an Agent Deployment Manager to lead the implementation of AI solutions tailored for clinics. In this role, you will engage directly with healthcare stakeholders, guiding the launch of AI agents that optimize operational workflows. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, tackling challenges head-on and continually seeking improvements to agent performance. Key Responsibilities: • Direct customer deployments from planning through launch • Turn clinic operations into effective AI behaviors and requirements • Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical blockers • Analyze performance data to enhance agent capabilities • Seek additional opportunities for client expansion based on successes Requirements: • Proven experience in customer operations or solutions engineering • Technical fluency in configuring and managing software systems • Experience in healthcare or startup environments preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication across diverse teams Contribute to innovative healthcare solutions with Blair AI by leading impactful AI agent deployments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
