This role requires strong technical knowledge of development mining and proven leadership skills to maintain Dumas’ outstanding safety record.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise underground development crews to achieve cycle targets and maintain safe work practices.
• Coordinate drilling, blasting, mucking, and ground support installation according to mine plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor equipmentuseand conduct inspections to maintain operational readiness.
• Communicate daily plans and progress to management and crews.
• Support training and development of team members.

Qualifications:

• Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core with Supervisory Modules.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising underground development mining.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed lateral, incline, and decline development procedures.
• Familiarity with mechanized equipment (., Jumbo's, Mechanized Bolters, X-lifts, jackleg, stoper, .
• Outstanding safety record and leadership ability.
