We are currently looking for a Junior Logistics and Purchasing Support Assistant for one of our premier partners located in Ville Saint-Laurent.
Advantages📍 Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
💰 Salary: $40,000 to $42,000 per year (depending on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time (37.5h or 40h/week)
📄 Status: 1-year contract with a strong possibility of permanency!
ResponsibilitiesProvide daily administrative support to the purchasing and logistics department.
Follow up on orders with suppliers and confirm delivery times.
Update databases and ensure shipping documents are compliant.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to track inventory and received goods.
Resolve simple billing or delivery discrepancies under the buyer's supervision.
QualificationsCollege diploma (DEC) or related training in logistics, supply chain management, or administration.
A first experience or relevant internship in logistics/purchasing (a major asset!).
Functional bilingualism (French and English) to easily communicate with various partners based outside of canada.
Good proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially Excel).
Resourceful, detail-oriented, a great team player, and eager to learn!
