3E Power Services is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Fabrication and Shop Supervisor to lead our fabrication shop. This is a working supervisor role — approximately 75% hands‑on fabrication and 25% coordination and leadership. You're a senior fabricator or shop foreman with strong technical credibility, ready to grow into a formal supervisory role, and known in the shop as the person others go to for guidance and training.
Compensation Range
$90,000 - $105,000 CAD
