Job description
Become a vital resource at AGCO as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Toronto, ON. Your strategic input will drive HR initiatives that impact agency performance. As a senior HRBP, you will align HR strategies with AGCO's business vision while coaching leaders on best practices. You will focus on enhancing engagement, managing employee relations, and optimizing organizational design. This role is essential for meeting AGCO's long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leaders to identify and address HR needs • Guide compliance with HR policies, legislation, and agreements • Support performance management initiatives and organizational structure reviews • Analyze HR metrics to propose actionable improvements • Conduct leadership coaching in job design and workforce planning Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent • CHRL designation required or actively pursuing • Over 5 years in HR roles with senior leadership collaboration • Strong knowledge of compensation practices and legislation • Experience in employee relations and organizational development Enhance AGCO’s workforce strategy with your HR acumen and strategic vision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
