LATAM Snr Project Manager (Digital Marketing & D2C E-commerce)

• Work Location: 100% Remote
• Target Sourcing Regions: Latin America (Highly Preferred for time zone alignment)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Time)
• Target Compensation Range: Up to $3,000 USD / month (Based on experience)

Role Overview

Our client, is a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in direct-response campaigns—including Video Sales Letters (VSLs), high-converting sales funnels, paid advertising, and email marketing. As the company expands and scales its team of 14, they are launching an exciting new Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand.

To support this expansion, they are seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager. In this role, you are expected to be an execution-focused Project Manager turning the founder’s ideas into clear plans and making sure they are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Timeline Execution

• Manage multiple concurrent digital marketing and e-commerce projects from initial planning through execution.
• Map out detailed project timelines, identify milestones, and monitor daily progress.
• Proactively spot operational bottlenecks and execute swift solutions to keep launches on schedule.
• Organize and structure the founder’s ideas
• Turn the founder’s vision into executable plans
• Assign tasks, owners, priorities, and deadlines
• Follow up and ensure projects are completed on time
• Handle tasks, conflicts, and technical details
• Filter unnecessary information from reaching the founder
• Create more predictable workflows and timelines
• Organize and document processes
• Track and report key metrics
• Monitor budgets and expenses
• Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups

2. Workflow Automation & ClickUp Architecture

• Fully own and structure the company's project management workflows inside ClickUp.
• Assign tasks clearly across departments, ensuring individual accountability and trackable progress.
• Standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve overall project visibility for leadership.

3. Marketing Operations Support

• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across creative, marketing, and operational divisions.
• Facilitate seamless campaigns and launches touching on VSLs, Facebook ads, email marketing, and e-commerce product lines.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the core Eastern Time zone team, as well as support staff located in international regions like the Philippines.

4. Process Integration & AI Adoption

• Continually audit operational workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Leverage modern AI tools to maximize internal productivity and streamline task delivery.

Candidate Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations management, or digital marketing coordination.
• Software Mastery: Advanced, hands-on experience structuring workflows, tasks, and dashboards in ClickUp.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (capable of keeping remote teams strictly aligned and accountable).
• Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work full-time during core Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
• Mindset: A high-agency self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and values meticulous attention to detail.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience coordinating creative digital marketing assets (VSLs, sales funnels, paid media campaigns).
• Familiarity with D2C e-commerce operations and logistics.
• Practical experience leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve daily workflow efficiency.
