Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production & Installation Associate for our client in Scarborough, ON. This position is ideal for a reliable, hands-on individual who enjoys working with tools, building things, and taking pride in seeing a project come together from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, rewarding work and is looking to develop their skills in a production and installation environment. Whether your experience comes from construction, manufacturing, warehousing, automotive, landscaping, renovations, or the skilled trades, we encourage you to apply.
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hour
  • Location: Scarborough, ON
  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and build custom signs and graphics
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Cut, drill, grind, and prepare materials for production
  • Assist with sign installations at customer locations
  • Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the shop and job sites
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Assist with additional production and installation tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Mechanically inclined with an interest in working with equipment and materials
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, automotive, renovations, landscaping, skilled trades, or other hands-on environments is considered an asset
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence is considered an asset
