Outside Sales Representative to join a growing organization specializing in custom signage and visual communication solutions in Scarborough. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and helping businesses find the right solutions.
You'll inherit an established portfolio of active customer accounts while also developing new business opportunities throughout Scarborough and the Greater Toronto Area. This role offers a rewarding mix of account management, business development, and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing the entire customer journey from concept to completion.

Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development - Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
- Meet with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers to understand their business goals and project requirements.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized signage and visual communication solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts.
Project Management & Customer Support - Prepare professional quotes, proposals, and project recommendations.
- Manage customer projects from initial consultation through production and final installation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining regular communication and follow-up.
Account Administration - Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates.
- Track pipeline opportunities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, account management, business development, or consultative sales.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and establish trust with decision-makers.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and uncover business needs.
- Strong consultative selling approach focused on understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly accountable with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in signage, printing, construction, marketing services, building products, commercial services, or a related industry is considered an asset but is not required.
- Experience using CRM software and managing sales pipelines is preferred.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
