Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate

A growing commercial real estate organization is seeking a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and commercial strata assets throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially focused Property Manager who enjoys operating with autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team structure.

The Role
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, including tenant relations, landlord communications, budgeting, lease administration, contractor coordination, and property operations.
You will act as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants while working alongside dedicated administrative and accounting support.
