Job description
Elevate EY's Assurance service line as the Marketing Strategy Director, focusing on innovative marketing solutions and stakeholder engagement. Drive impactful initiatives for client success. As Assistant Director for Marketing at EY, you will lead national strategy for the Assurance division. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with practice leaders to implement effective marketing initiatives and analyzing market data to drive decision-making. Your leadership will ensure that EY maintains its competitive advantage while supporting continuous improvement in marketing practices. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage strategic marketing plans for Assurance • Work closely with sub-service leaders on initiatives • Liaise with stakeholders to foster robust marketing strategies • Identify and act on market trends and business opportunities • Mentor junior team members and guide their growth Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles • Strong analytical and project management skills • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships • Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities • Deep understanding of market dynamics in professional services Leverage your strategic marketing acumen at EY to enhance the Assurance service line and support client success effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
