Job description
Manage financial success as a Plant Controller at Prysmian in Prescott, ON, focusing on cost control, budgeting, and month-end reporting. You will play a key role in the plant leadership team, responsible for aligning financial performance with corporate goals. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to provide insightful financial data to improve operational effectiveness. Effective communication with plant management will be vital in achieving productivity savings. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and report manufacturing variances • Coordinate plant-wide budgets and forecasts • Maintain accurate financial records and oversight of inventory • Prepare annual capital budgets with justification • Collaborate on corporate reporting and audits Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting • Strong expertise in standard costing and forecasting • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills • Professional certification like CPA or CMA preferred Utilize your finance skills to enhance operational efficiency and profitability at Prysmian in Prescott. #J-18808-Ljbffr
