You'll manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring high-quality deliverables while nurturing long-term client relationships and coaching team members for growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead client-facing assurance engagements • Deliver high-quality reports and recommendations • Manage a diverse client portfolio and relationships • Ensure effective engagement planning and budgets • Contribute to business development initiatives Requirements: • CPA designation is required • 4 to 6 years of public accounting experience • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of AgriStability is beneficial • Willing to travel as needed Utilize your financial expertise and leadership skills to advance MNP's assurance services in agriculture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
