Job description
Drive strategic supply chain initiatives as a Supply Chain Life Cycle Manager at Ciena. Engage in lifecycle management while fostering collaboration across teams in a supportive work culture. Join Ciena with 5-10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management to lead product lifecycle strategy. As a key player, you'll manage cross-functional interactions, improve product delivery, and set safety stock practices. Your insights will help in navigating supply chain challenges and optimizing operation success. Key Responsibilities: • Guide operations team through all product lifecycle phases • Collaborate with teams to enhance product quality and yield • Define supply chain strategies to minimize costs • Foster supplier communication for effective capacity alignment • Ensure manufacturing plans support timely product launches Requirements: • 5-10 years experience in Operations and Supply Chain • Proven skills in telecommunications or optical technologies • Familiarity with NPI processes and engineering practices • Bachelor's in related field; MBA is a plus • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities Leverage your expertise in supply chain management to advance Ciena's innovative solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
