Job description
Le Service de placement du C.A.R.E. Montmagny-L’Islet recrute actuellement un(e) chauffeur(e) d’autobus scolaire motivé(e) à faire la différence, pour le secteur de Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud. Nous ne cherchons pas simplement un chauffeur — nous recherchons une personne fiable, humaine et engagée, prête à devenir un visage familier qui inspire confiance aux enfants comme aux parents. Ici, vous ne serez jamais juste un employé : vous ferez partie d’une équipe énergique, solidaire et fièrement ancrée dans la communauté. Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne retraitée ou semi‑retraitée désirant concilier engagement communautaire et équilibre de vie, dans un environnement respectueux et bienveillant. Votre quotidien : Vous assurerez le transport sécuritaire d’élèves de classes régulière, dans un cadre calme, structuré et respectueux. Par votre présence et votre fiabilité, vous deviendrez un repère rassurant dans le quotidien des enfants. Conduire de façon sécuritaire en respectant le Code de la route et les règles propres au transport scolaire Assurer la sécurité des élèves à l’embarquement, pendant le trajet et au débarquement Maintenir l’ordre et le calme dans l’autobus Effectuer les vérifications du véhicule avant et après chaque trajet (inspection, propreté, état général) Respecter les horaires et les trajets établis Communiquer avec les parents, l’école ou l’employeur au besoin Intervenir calmement en cas de situation imprévue (comportement, conditions météo, etc.) On vous propose : De 20 à 25 heures par semaine Horaire stable, idéal pour concilier travail et temps personnel Salaire 25.50$/heure Prime à l’embauche pouvant atteindre 1000$ après la période de probation Formation complète offerte, entièrement prise en charge Encadrement et accompagnement lors de l’entrée en poste NOTE : La forme masculine est utilisée pour alléger le texte. * Seules les personnes dont l’expérience et les compétences correspondent aux exigences du poste seront contactées pour la suite du processus.
