Job description
Shape the early talent strategy as Senior Director at RBC Technology & Operations. Focus on program execution that ensures the attraction and retention of top technology talent. In this influential role, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated talent programs at RBC. Your strategic insights will inform senior leadership on talent management priorities while fostering a culture of excellence. You're expected to oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, experience, and performance management to drive organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Advise executives on talent investment and learning strategies • Develop programs that enhance employer value propositions • Execute talent strategy tied to organizational goals and capabilities • Build mentoring initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention • Establish analytics for measuring talent program impact Requirements: • 5+ years experience collaborating with senior leaders • Strong capabilities in managing large-scale teams and portfolios • Experience translating strategic goals into effective initiatives • Knowledge of talent management in tech-focused environments • Background in innovation and cultural transformation initiatives Lead RBC towards attracting world-class technology talent through strategic vision and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
